Through many years of working with my clients at Sagewood Wellness Center, and my training in clinical psychology, I became aware of the fact that oftentimes, their physical condition was a result of something deeper. Stress, fear and anxiety can have a radical detrimental effect on the body and can cause a multitude of physical problems. Many times these conditions, and their symptoms, are treated with prescription medications which can compound the problem. This prompted me to integrate Holistic Counseling into my practice.
